Situated in the grounds of Les Ombrieres, once an old wine store, it has been lovingly transformed into a bright, spacious bed and breakfast holiday gite providing comfort with style and maintaining the character of bygone years.

The gite accomodates 2 guests . It has a kingsized bed  situated  on an open plan mezzanine via a small staircase, overlooking a comfortable lounge area. From the lounge, french doors open out onto a small patio set within its own pretty private walled garden, where you will find tables and chairs, sun-loungers and parasols to relax and unwind. A shower room provides a large walk in shower. Towels and bathrobes provided.

A complimentary breakfast is served each morning on the terrace overlooking the gardens and beautiful surrounding countryside, or when the weather is disagreeable in the kitchen of the main house at a time to suit your day.

Table d’hote (evening meals) and  light lunches can be arranged on request. From the kitchen at Les Ombrieres.

Guests can enjoy private use of the outdoor spa (Booking required).

SLEEPS 2-4          SELF-CATERING

Situated within the grounds of Les Ombrieres, Le Hibou was once the original farmhouse and also a safe haven for a family of Barn Owls in the adjacent outbuildings, hence the name Le Hibou meaning  `The Owl`.

The gite provides comfortable, stylish self-catering accommodation in a peaceful and tranquil setting , surrounded by woodland and wild life and boasts breath taking views from the gite across the surrounding countryside. Its south facing aspect enables you to enjoy the spectacular summer sunsets from the patio.

The Gite consists of ;

Downstairs - spacious kitchen/breakfast room.  Separate dining-room. Large living room with doors opening out on to the patio. There is a sofa bed in the living room, accomodating 2 extra guests. Laudry room with washer/ dryer.

Upstairs - bedroom with kingsize bed (can be made up as a twin room). WC/Shower room.

Towels and bed lining provided.               Private parking  on site.

!!! (Please note due to the nature of the farm house there are some low ceilings, low beams and some steep stairs)

Please contact us using the booking form with your dates and requirements. Bookings will be confirmed by email on receipt of a 50% deposit of the total booking, fully refundable up until 60 days before check in. Remaining balance of the booking to be received no later than 30 days before check-in, after which time the booking will be cancelled and deposit charges incurred.

Bank transfers accepted. Unfortunately we do not accept cheques. 

Credit card payments are accepted at the property for any extra costs incurred during your stay.
